Most people have a Pair of Shoes that they love. They wear their Favourite pair of High Heels or Flip-Flops every chance they can get. However, even though you love the look, your Feet may not share your enthusiasm. Some Shoes can cause Severe Foot Damage such as Hammertoe, Nerve Damage or Back Problems. You want to stay on your Feet as long as possible. So, here is a list of 7 Shoes that you should avoid.
A Narrow Point on your Shoe may look fashionable, but can cause Problems to the Structure of your Feet. Squeezing the Tip of your Toes together may cause Blisters, Hammertoe or Bunions. High Heels also Misalign your Ankle forcing your Hips and Knees forward. To compensate for the Misalignment, most women Arch their back which increases Pressure throughout your Back. In total, High Heels could cause the following Complications: Ankle Sprains, Neuromas, Pinched Nerves, Midfoot Fractures, Hypertension, Back and Knee Pain and Hammertoes. Avoid wearing Flip-Flops when running or playing sports, unless you are at the beach or pool. If you do need to wear Flip-Flops, try to choose ones that have a Strap on the back to hold your Foot. Just like many Shoes mentioned before, Rain Boots don’t provide Adequate Support for your Feet. The problem is that Rain Boots lack Breathability. Most Rain Boots have a Latex or Thick Rubber construction that doesn’t allow the Heat from your Feet to escape. If you use the same Boots for a long time, you risk Wart Viruses, Fungus and Bacteria growing on your Feet. You also have to use more effort to walk around with the Boot cuff Scraping on your Calf. Only wear Rain Boots for short amounts of time to avoid these problems.
No matter what type of Shoe you have, after a few years of wear and tear they too will become harmful to your Feet. Depending on how the Shoe wore out, the Injuries may vary.
